Bailey is a dog that was found living alone on the streets of Los Angeles. He was in terrible condition, struggling to live. He was brought to a high-kill shelter in bad condition and feeling terribly frightened.
When it comes to getting dogs adopted out of shelters, looks really do matter. A dirty-looking dog can go unnoticed, for no good reason. A Los Angeles-based dog grooming company was there to lend a helping hand to poor little Bailey.
The group gave him a makeover. After shaving off his tangled and filthy fur, the little guy was barely recognizable. Just three days after his transformation, something wonderful happened.
